About Us
Barfa Bear’s Kindergarten has been part of the Beverly Hills community since 2006. From the street it looks like a family home — and inside it feels like one too: warm, welcoming and calm, with educators who greet every child by name.
We’re licensed for 36 children a day across two age-based rooms for children 2–5. Our real point of difference is school readiness: we keep our four-to-five-year-olds in a dedicated Pre-School room, and our strong ties with local primary schools mean our children start big school confident and prepared.

Programs We Offer
Children learn in small, age-appropriate groups, each with their own educators and a weekly interest-based program:
Teddy Bears (2–3 yrs) & Cubby Bears (3–4 yrs)
a shared room with separate age-based programs and educators.
Pre-School Cubs (4–5 yrs)
a focused school-readiness room for the year before school.

A Day in Our Care
A predictable rhythm children can rely on: arrival and free play, morning group time, interest-based experiences, outdoor play, freshly cooked morning tea and hot lunch, rest or quiet time, afternoon experiences and outdoor play, then afternoon tea and relaxed play until pick-up. Pre-School Cubs enjoy a dedicated “big school” learning block each afternoon.
