From your first tour to your child’s first day, here’s exactly how it works.
How to Enrol — Step by Step
Children learn in small, age-appropriate groups, each with their own educators who plan a weekly interest-based program. Room availability differs by centre (Roselands offers nursery care from birth; Beverly Hills is for children 2 and over):

Enquire or book a tour.
Tell us your child’s age, your preferred centre and rough start date.

Visit the centre.
Meet the educators, see the rooms and ask anything — tours run weekly.

Submit your enrolment / waitlist form.
We’ll confirm availability for your child’s age group.

Secure your place.
Complete enrolment paperwork and the enrolment bond/registration.

Settle in.
We’ll arrange orientation visits so your child (and you) feel confident on day one.
Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
Both centres are approved for the Australian Government’s Child Care Subsidy, which reduces the fees eligible families pay. The amount depends on your family income, activity level and the type of care. We’ll help you understand the process, but you’ll need a Centrelink Customer Reference Number and a completed CCS assessment via your myGov account. Families receive up to 42 absence days per child each financial year, which can be used for any reason.
Waitlist Process
If your preferred days aren’t immediately available, we’ll place your child on our waitlist at no cost. Waitlisted families are contacted as soon as a place opens in the relevant age group, and priority is given in line with our enrolment policy. Joining a waitlist doesn’t commit you to enrolling.
Fees Overview
Daily fees include all meals and activities. Sibling discounts apply. Fees are billed fortnightly in advance by direct debit. Full current fees are shown on each centre’s page and confirmed at enrolment.
